Driver Celebrity Spokesperson for Target Campaign

Green Bay Packers All-Time Leading Receiver, Dancing with the Stars Champion and 2013 AMVETS Humanitarian of the Year Donald Driver appeared on Good Morning America today to announce he is partnering with Target for the return of its Give With Target program, a one-of-a-kind giving campaign that will donate up to $5 million for K-12 schools across the country.

“I’ve always been a huge supporter of education through my own Foundation,” Driver said, “So when I heard Target was giving $5 million to schools this year and $1 billion by 2015, I knew it was something I needed to be a part of.”

Beginning today, visitors to Target’s Facebook page cast votes for the K-12 school of their choice via the Give with Target app. Once a school has received 25 votes, Target will donate $1 per vote, with a maximum donation of $10,000 per school until September 21, or until the full $5 million has been allocated.
